Hi, I'm Greg Layton
I am the founder of Chief Maker and the Council of Chiefs, host of The Inner Chief Podcast and an Executive Coach to CEOs and Leadership Teams around the globe.
In 2016, I founded Chief Maker with the purpose of unleashing the power of senior managers and executive leaders.
I'm passionate about turning theory into real-world, practical skills and I do this by using frameworks that connect the three pillars of performance – individual excellence, high performance teams and organisational strategy.
I truly believe that better people make better leaders. And better leaders deal hope to the world.
