We provide a monthly report to your nominated HR / Senior Executive on every members overall completion and latest activity. 

Annual Membership includes 3 Main Courses which contain 15-20 modules each.
This works out to be around 30-60 minutes per week.
Each module includes a 5-15 minute video, explainer text and template for an exercise
It will take on average 30 minutes to complete a module - sometimes faster, sometimes slower. We recommend doing approximately one per week and then applying what you’ve learned in the real world. 
You can mostly do the course work on your own and the videos can be viewed on your mobile device even as you commute. 
The courses are designed to be completed sequentially but they do allow you to proceed at your own pace as we know free time comes in spurts. I.e. you can complete an entire course in a week if you find you have the time or hold off and catch up later. 
There are optional exams with completion certificates that take around 15 minutes per course.

Every month we hold a live webinar group coaching call. We'll cover a key topic for around 25 minutes and then do Q&A. Calls will be limited to 50 people and if we have overflow we will run more webinars.
