A lot of resumes state “built and led high performance teams”. But what is the road map and how many truly have? Commencing Greg’s High Performance Teams program has put me in the driving seat to achieve this outcome with my new team in a complicated situation. The timeframe will be dramatically reduced and I will also have some very clear metrics that demonstrate results from following his guidance that can be applied to the next team.

WHAT IS THE FULL SYLLABUS?

HOW DOES IT WORK:
You will join a cohort of 20 leaders and each week you will watch two online videos in your own time and complete a set exercise in the High Performance Teams Workbook. Then we will all come together in a live group coaching call (12pm Sydney time) to work through your questions and break into small groups so you can share story, strategy and wisdom with other leaders. 

 

MODULE 1: YOUR LEADERSHIP MINDSET AND THE HP TEAMS FRAMEWORKS
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hours
We start by connecting to your own principles and reviewing your mindset for leadership. We also expand on the Chief Maker High Performance Teams Framework that we will follow of the next 12 weeks. 

MODULE 2: SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS 
MODULE LENGTH:
2 hours 
Many leaders plan and make changes without conducting an effective analysis of the market environment they're operating in or the performance of the organisation they work for. Skipping these steps can lead to major mistakes and wasted time and money. In this module we learn a proven process for getting this right.

MODULE 3: ASSESS YOUR TEAM AND PEOPLE 
MODULE LENGTH 2 hours
Identify your ideal team make up from scratch to ensure it has the right mix of talent and diversity to achieve your critical targets. We will then assess each and every person in your team's performance' following best practice models in coaching and developing talent. This will challenge your unconscious bias and help you identify key ways you can make significant gains through leveraging the true strengths of diversity and inclusion. 

MODULE 4: FINALISE THE TEAM
MODULE LENGTH 
2 hours
Make key changes to your team to ensure that you have the right people in the right role with the right development and plans for growth. 

MODULE 5: BUILD YOUR VISION & PURPOSE
MODULE LENGTH:
2 hours
Now we unite and align your team by developing an inspiring purpose and crystal clear vision of the future with your team. We will dial in on how to do this effectively in a hybrid working world with people often working remotely. 

MODULE 6: BRING VALUES TO LIFE & TIGHTEN THE BONDS
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hours
With a vision and purpose we learn where we are going and why we are going there. The next stage is to determine how you'll bring your values to life and tighten the bonds between your people through rituals and traditions which is vitally important in a hybrid working environment. This all creates standards and trust that builds accountability and an inclusive culture across your team.

MODULE 7: DEFINE THE STRATEGY AND TACTICS
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hours
Our next phase is to define the the team strategy and tactical plan complete with a strategic pillars, goals and projects.

MODULE 8: BUILD THE EXECUTION PLAN 
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hour 
We now build out your execution plan with clearly defined project charters and annual theme. This allows you to complete a HP Teams Playbook and presentation so you can pitch to your boss and stakeholders and induct new team members. 

MODULE 9: EXECUTION OPERATING RHYTHM
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hour 
Learn the power of the Chief Maker high performance lifecycle - Prepare, Perform, Recover, Review (P2R2) and how to build your team's operating rhythm using P2R2's core principles to automate the pursuit of excellence.Critically this will keep your team close, aligned and if you have people working in different locations it will make them feel closer to the team. 

MODULE 10: MEETING EXCELLENCE & SCOREBOARDS
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hour 
To drive momentum and build a culture of excellence now raise the bar on the quality of every meeting run in your team. Then bring the journey to life with a compelling scoreboard for your team that everyone is connected to

MODULE 11: TURN STAKEHOLDERS INTO AMABASSADORS 
MODULE LENGTH: 2 hours
One of the biggest blockers to transformation are stakeholders that haven't bought into the plan. Leaders will learn to create a stakeholder map and a detailed profile of each key stakeholder so they communicate with influence and clarity.

MODULE 12: KEEPING MOMENTUM 
MODULE LENGTH:
2 hours
Transformation is not just about creating hope it's about results and creating momentum. But there will be roadblocks along the way. Leaders will learn to identify roadblocks, assess the true obstacles and develop innovative action to overcome. No excuses. Let's be bold and get results. 

FINAL EXAM: ONLINE FINAL EXAMINATION 
EXAM LENGTH: 1 hour 

Upon completion of the course syllabus you'll be required to complete a comprehensive exam that covers the course curriculum. Successful students will receive a graduation certificate.
